Overview

Oche (“the App”) is developed by Prodius. We believe your data belongs to you. The App is designed to work entirely on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers.

Data Collection

Oche does not collect any personal information. All game data, player profiles, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable Cloud Sync (a Pro feature), your data is stored in your private iCloud container via Apple's CloudKit. This data is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Stored in your personal iCloud account
• Not accessible to Prodius or any third party
• Deletable at any time by disabling sync or deleting the app

Game Center (Optional)

If you sign into Game Center, Apple handles authentication. Oche may submit scores to leaderboards and achievement progress, which are managed by Apple's Game Center service under Apple's privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Prodius does not receive or store any payment information.

Analytics & Tracking

Oche does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your usage, display ads, or share data with anyone.

Children's Privacy

Oche is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
