Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Oche (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Prodius.

License

Prodius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including an auto-renewable yearly subscription (“Oche Pro Yearly”) and a one-time lifetime purchase (“Oche Pro Lifetime”).

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code — are owned by Prodius and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Oche name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Prodius.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prodius does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
